			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Before you embark on any <b>weight lifting program</b> you need to have a definite purpose and a burning desire behind that purpose.  It is well known that among people who embrace some sort of hobby, sport or any other activity for that matter, have the habit of abandoning it &#8211; most probably because of a lack of desire.  Lifting weights just to get big muscles <i>is </i>a good enough reason <i>if </i>you have the burning desire for that outcome.<br />
<font color="#000080"></font></p>
<p><font color="#000080">Knowing You&#8217;re Purpose</font></p>
<p>Perhaps you have always thought it would be awesome to be one of those martial artists you see twisting and turning through the air with the grace of a ballerina and the power of a tiger, maybe you want to be the biggest guy on the football field that no one can take down and you dominate the game, or perhaps after all you just want to be that guy (or girl) that when people see, they mutter to their friend and cross to the other side of the road.</p>
<p>This may seem like senseless instruction however I can assure you that everyone who has excelled in any field, whether it be sport, business, arts, music, politics or otherwise, has always had a definite purpose and a burning desire behind them.  Whether or not they are consciously aware of that is something that is up for debate.</p>
<p><font color="#000080">What Do I Have To Sacrafice?</font></p>
<p><font color="#000080"><font color="#000000">A certain amount of discipline is required to do achieve the outcome you desire, although this can be a good thing as discipline will help in other areas of your life also.  You will not need to sacrafice that much, but just have persistence and a system or plan to follow.  You may need to change your diet habits if they resemble the S.A.D, however you do <b>not</b> need to go out and purchase supplements, powders and steroids.  This sort of program can be implemented on a surprisingly small budget, if you know what you are doing.  </font></font><br />
<font color="#000080"><font color="#000000">So down to the wire, you will need to :-</font></font></p>
<ul>
<li><font color="#000080"><font color="#000000">allow about half an hour each day (weekends are optional)</font></font></li>
<li><font color="#000080"><font color="#000000">eat a healthy diet (or else your hard work will be wasted)</font></font></li>
<li><font color="#000080"><font color="#000000">get enough rest</font></font></li>
<li><font color="#000000">acquire some equipment (you can do without though if you are on a tight budget)</font></li>
<li><font color="#000000">find some music to amp you up and a stereo</font></li>
<li><font color="#000000">a spare room or space to operate<br />
</font></li>
</ul>
<p>If you can acquire these things then you are over halfway there.  You do not need to sign up to &#8216;Massive Muscle Monthly&#8217; for $189 a year, nor do you need to sweet talk the guys at that dodgy gym where everyone looks the other way when they go past.</p>
<p>Anyone can do this it is just a matter of whether you really want it or is it just a passing fad?  Those who have persistence will be rewarded just as those who leave the job early will not get paid.  At any age there is time for learning and experiencing new things &#8211; so age is not a barrier unless you believe it is.</p>
<p>Gather up these things and read up on the next post as I will get straight into the good stuff.</p>
<p>I will let you know what sort of food to include, how much rest is best and some exercise to strengthercise!</p>
<p>There are an awful lot of dodgy weight lifting programs out there and only a very select few are safe, efficient and include a whole guide for your lifestyle to surround your weight lifting. You need the mindset, diet plans, sleep, exercise, number of sets and reps, type of equipment, techniques, all of which you can get from one of the best experts in the game.</p>
<p>I will be posting a lot of info here but this does take time, if you feel the need to jump the gun, Vince delMonte is someone I would highly recommend.  You don&#8217;t need to buy any from him as sometimes he has heaps of sweet giveaways on his website which are well worth taking advantage of.</p>
